Comments and Suggestions
As a practice, to improve upon performance we appreciate comment/feedback on all aspects of service delivery. These can be made either by writing to the practice OR by putting your suggestions into our suggestion box.

Complaints
We always try to provide the best services possible, but there may be times when you feel that this has not happened.
We operate a practice complaints procedure, as part of the NHS system, drawn up to respond to patients’ grievances. This allows us to look into and, if necessary, correct any problems that you have identified, or mistakes that we have made.

This procedure does not deal with matters of legal liability or compensation.
